Pursuant to General Assembly Resolution A/RES/71/321 which aims at enhancing the participation of indigenous peoples’ representatives and institutions in meetings of relevant United Nations bodies on issues affecting them, an Interactive hearings will take place at the margins of the 19th session of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues (PFII) on 15 April from 10h00 to 13h00.
Candidates selected for the Interactive Hearing will have the opportunity to participate in the first week of the 19th session of the Permanent Forum (13 to 17 April 2020).
Applications for funding by the UNVFIP for participation are accepted by filling the application form (Link below) for Interactive Hearing until 10 March 2020.
