The UN Framework Convention on Climate Change’s Santiago Network
on Loss and Damage has launched its first dedicated call for Indigenous
Peoples to submit requests for technical assistance focusing on:
1. Loss and damage assessments, including non-economic losses (NELs)
2. Early warning systems and preparedness information
3. Training and capacity building
4. Relocation and safe settlement planning
